received a call that we have it set up to clean tomorrow from 8a-12p. I tried calling the dtr katie Moe and she didnt answer so i texted her to let her know when the caregiver will be there to clean so she can go pick her dad up.

Last night Bri called me to let me know she hadn't received anything from rever yet. I called Terri and she was saying something i have to start the work flow which i never had to do before. She walked me through it, I then called krista to make sure i was doing it right, she said once it uploads it goes to the work flow, then i had already called josh but he didnt answer. I waited a little bit then I called cody G needing to get this done and moved on for scheduling so e can do it thursday, Cody gave me permission to go ahead and push it then call terri back to make sure she can see it. When I tried nothing came up for me to start. I caleld Terri and she said she doesnt have the prompts. she called clint and he does so he got it started. I called cody back to let him know and he said he would get sorted out. Steve is officially in the process to start.

RN emailed me unable to reach steve to do SOC. .I let her know she can out in what i sent over to the team then call the dtr for help. Steve really doesnt want this to be done but it has to be in order for hin to stay at Concordia.

Met with Steve and dtr, son in law, signed him up for 1 time monthly service to clean his house. agreement was 50 an hour for 2 caregivers at the same time. I called Bri and she will start looking.

Multiple calls back in forth with Angie and Concordia and with Nurse Debbie, tried reaching out to dtr Katie Moe at 479-757-9767. She didn't answer. She then called back and we set up a sofa visit tomorrow at 10:30am to sign agreement for 50 an hour for 2 caregivers to go clean his apartment.
