She did not have bank statements, ss award letter, the closure statement from her previous bank or her vehicle registration. I printed out a copy of the list of things we need and she said she will get the rest of it and bring it to the office once she has it. I told her I would call for an update on Friday.
Emailed AP to check on the document PU status for her application.
Email MM of Mt home office and awaiting a reply for the documents PU.
Called and spoke Suzanne she is ready for a documents PU reaching out to MT home office to see if we can get that scheduled.
Called spoke with Suzanne and she hasn't been working on gathering documents at this time. She still wants a caregiver went over documents needed for the application again she is going to call when she gets them and will need a document PU.
