MMIS: MEMBER IS INACTIVE AS OF CURRENT STATUS. Called and spoke to the daughter and they are only wanting it short term when I explained that this process is about 60-90 days she said no I offered a possible private pay for a little while and they said that it was not a option as he is on a fixed income and can not afford it at this time. Will speak to CC and inform her to see if there are other options to be taken.

Call with Dtr. Vaness and she is wanting the insurance to pay for him to have care for 10 days but he is showing inactive and they are unable to afford private pay and I explained that we can do ARCH but it will take a while. He did move from California to here and that is likely why he is showing inactive. CC
