Called and spoke to the son and he can not do the paperwork and he is currently in Hospice and being transferred to the VA and do not wish to proceed with the application at this time.
Called and spoke to Son Junior who stated he forgot about getting the paperwork gathered. He states he has been "so busy". Junior stated he really needs the help. He stated he still has the list of needed documentation and will set a reminder for him self. Junior asked me to CB in a week.
ARC CALL: JC spoke to son Junior. He states he did not look for email. While on the phone he looked and confirmed he received it. Junior states he will need some time to get to it. tasking myself to reach out in a week.
07/22/2024: Complete Screening for ARC F/U to get all documentation in and to Britney. emailed list of required documentation. unsure if he will qualify. Won't know until all paperwork is in
