1st Initial call. Called and spoke to the granddaughter went over demographics and documents needed for ARCH application. Virginia is a high fall risk that tends to lead to hospital stays. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION ARE: SSI, SSN, INSURANCE, BANK, LEASE, SOLD VEHICLE, LIFE AND BURIAL.
Called the grand dtr. and we discussed options she has Medicare and Tricare and she will need to do a VA Aid and Attendance application and the email is Mandy_sells@gmail.com ??? She lost service and will get back to me. CC
