ARC DOCS CALL: MM s/w Willie about services: after explaining the ARC program he stated he is only lacking the ability to be transported from point A to point B. MM reached out for confirmation about transporting MDCD clients: Terri confirmed we are not able to transport for doctors appts PERIOD. MM c/b prospect: informed we would not be able to transport him to the doctor. Went on to discuss the supporting docs he would need, he stated he is not going to gather all these docs to apply for something as he is unable to do so. MM will change to declined/not interested.

Reviewed WS notes. We are still waiting on the documents needed for ARCH we have not received any at this time. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION : SSI, lease, life, DX.
