spoke with Gabby about Zoila needing caregivers. I went by there and she was in therapy with universal precautions. she currently has shingles. Ran eligibility medicaid # 9088021001, DOB 12/28/1939. She has a FR- 19- Full medicaid. I called the dytr she didnt answer, unable to lvm and is sent text.
