9/11 Met with Bonnie, updated on all referrals. Said she had faxed a referral the day before but I never received. Sending again.

8/21 Met with Nikki and Bonnie, let Bonnie know Cortney was handling referral she had sent for Bertie.
Took Dana with AMR by the office to introduce her to Bonnie and Milah. Updated Bonnie on all recent referrals.
Got to meet with Nikki for a minute, they are super busy right now. Bonnie was at a home visit in Greenbrier with another nurse.
Spoke with Bonnie to get update on Donna, she has moved and requested a different agency in the area.
Ran into Jeff in morrilton, was asking how busy we are.
Met with Bonnie, let me know Donna Gunter is moving to mountain view, is potentially going with an agency there but is going to speak with her and let me know for sure on if we need to pursue.
Met w Nikki and Bonnie. They are also slow. Bonnie was on vacation week prior so is still trying to catch up.
