8/30 Spoke with TJ in regards to Karcha Hampton, he signed her for palliative. Gave me recommendations for LTC facilities in the area.
Met with TJ and Jared, TJ had came back from vacation last thursday so he was on call all weekend. Jared showed me baby pictures of his son.
Made stop by office, normally text Tj beforehand but got busy on the phone. Neither him or Jared were there.
Got to meet with TJ for just a minute, he was fixing to go to hospital and meet with a patient. Jared is out this week, they just had their baby.
Met with TJ, he is covering for Trent who is out with covid right now.
7/31 Met with Tj and Jared, they are slower due to summer census. Asked who Pine Bluff PCR was, Jessica, Jared sending her my number and letting her know I'll be they their office later.
Spoke with Tj, he passed William Bentley to Amber who does NLR, he is waiting on an update from her and will let me know when he gets one. Has been out sick most of the week with flu/covid.
Went in office but none of reps/Jared were there.
Emailed TJ referral for William Bentley
Spoke with TJ about William Bentley, he said even thought he doesn't seem palli/hospice appropriate to go ahead and send it, they will see if they can do a psych eval and try to get him some help.
Went in office but TJ and Jared were out.
Sent TJ referral for Jack Williams.
Gave TJ referral for Kitty Holmes, he agrees she would be hospice appropriate.
Met w Tj and Jared. Ended up going to early lunch together.
