Spoke with Ervin about Medicaid and helping patients figure out if they qualify.

Visited with Sarah briefly since she was swamped. Let her know we are doing good with caregivers and can take on more clients.

Tried to visit with Ervin or case management but the reception desk said they where not available.

Case management was not available but Sarah did call me back after I left the hospital. She doesn’t have anyone needing PCS right not that she knows of being discharged.

Spoke with the Receptionist and then Ervin about Connie Morgon. She was transitioned to a Skilled nursing in Boise.

Met with Tiffany about Connie Morgan who is back in the hospital. They are trying to get her into a Skilled nursing facility in Boise but not sure she is willing to go

Met with Sarah to talk about Preston Beck and when he will be released. He has a new infection they have to watch for 48 hours.
